We made it! Happy New Year!  We all know come January, we try to revamp our eating habits and try cooking healthier and becoming more active.  However, the transition from chowing down on holiday cookies to eating a salad every day can be a little tough.  In order to stick with a habit, it is important to take small steps and bridge the gap between the unhealthy foods we have been consuming over the last few months (or to be honest, the last year), and the healthy habits we are trying to form in 2021 instead of completing depriving ourselves.
