We’re bringing you the expertise of instructor-led training, the attention of small group classes, and the convenience of at-home workouts.
Introducing: Women & Weights Small Group Training now available through PhilaYatHome! Keep up with your health and fitness journey with at-home, small group training from the comfort of your home, your office, or where ever you’d like to take the class. Registration is required and will open on April 6th at 6:00 AM.
This program is guided by a Fitness Coach who will demonstrate proper techniques and allow you to become familiar with and engage in a variety of strength training methods. Through this program, you will gain strength and confidence. Equipment suggestions: Weights, resistance bands, kettlebell, mat.
Cost: $56 for the 7-week program
Maximum of 8 participants
Class times: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 – 12:45 PM
Classes begin: April 26
About your instructor: Michelle
Michelle has been leading fitness classes ever since someone told her she “was meant for the job” 12 years ago. She loves high-intensity workouts because they’re a “great way to test your limits”. When she’s not leading high-energy group classes, she’s cooking, biking, or getting some sun. You can take classes like Strength, HIIT, Total Body Cardio, and more with Michelle on PhilaYatHome or at the Spring Valley Y. Learn more about Michelle HERE.
How to register:
1. Visit the Member Portal to login.
2. If you already have an account, you can login here. If you are unsure if you have an account, click below to look it up. Once your account is found, click ACTIVATE to have a password reset link sent to you to create a new password and login.
3. Click on the Programs Tab and then select Register for a Program.
4. Filter by Y Online | PhilaYatHome in the location dropdown menu and click Search.
5. Select the Virtual Women & Weights program and complete the registration prompts.
